My Daily Trip to School
My home is a little far from my school, so my daily trip is a bit busy but I enjoy it.
First, I get up at 6:30 every morning and have a quick breakfast. Then I walk to the nearest bus stop. It takes me about 5 minutes, and I usually meet my best friend Lily there. We take the No.8 bus together, and the bus ride takes around 15 minutes. On the bus, we often talk about our lessons or interesting things that happened the day before, so the time flies quickly.
When we get off the bus, we have to walk for another 3 minutes to reach the school gate. I usually arrive at school at 7:30, just in time for morning reading.
