一、特殊疑问句Wh-questions
特殊疑问句是以特殊疑问词开头的、对某一具
体问题进行提问的问句。回答特殊疑问句不能用
yes或no。特殊疑问句读时一般用降调。
结构:特殊疑问词+一般疑问句+其他?
①特殊疑问词+be动词引导的一般疑问句?
②特殊疑问词+情态动词引导的一般疑问句?
③特殊疑问词+助动词引导的一般疑问句?
本单元主要复习what、where、why引导的特殊疑问句。
1. why引导的特殊疑问句常对“原因”进行提问, 一般用because 来回答。
结构:Why+助动词+主语+动词原形+其他
because与so不能同时出现在一句话中。
—Why do you like the book 你为什么喜欢这本书
—Because it is interesting. 因为它有趣。
—Why does your brother want to take a walk
你弟弟为什么想去散步
—Because he wants to relax after a long day.

2. what引导的特殊疑问句常对“姓名、物品、职业、事件等”进行提问。

3. where引导的特殊疑问句常对“地点”进行提问。

二、可数名词复数
英语中的名词按其所表示的事物的性质可分为可数名词和不可数名词。可数名词有单数和复数两种形式,其复数形式一般在词尾加“ -s”或“-es”。
考向1 可数名词复数的用法
表示“两个”或“多个”的概念时, 用可数名词的复数形式,可数名词复数作主语时,谓语动词常用复数形式。
Three girls are over there. 三个女孩在那儿。
Some boys are in the classroom. 一些男孩在教室里。
