Look at the pictures and answer the questions.
1. What are they doing together as a team
putting out a fire
practising for a play
completing a reading task
doing research
carrying food

2. Why do they work together as a team Can their work be done alone
3. What other kinds of teams do you know
Medical team, game team, volunteer team, business team, ...
Their work needs a group of people to work together to finish. Working together may speed up the work and achieve more.
2. Do you know the story of the three brothers and the chopsticks Share it with the class.
1. Which is stronger, a single chopstick or many chopsticks
Now view the short video and answer the questions.

His sons often argued. It was impossible for them to work together.
He asked his sons to break the chopsticks. They could break a single chopstick easily, but couldn’t break many.
