There is/are的用法
be动词用is还是are取决于它后面的第一个名词，这个名词是单数或者不可数名词时用is，如果是复数名词用are。
如果有两个或者两个以上的名词作主语，be动词要与最靠近它
的那个名词在数上保持一致，也就是我们常说的就近原则。
例如：There is an apple and some pears in the basket.
在篮子里有一个苹果和一些梨子。
