Design your own “Balance Hobby”
I make a plan to balance hobbies and study. Hobbies make me healthy and happy, just like the text says. I read for 30 minutes every day after finishing homework. I play basketball or tennis for 45 minutes every two days to stay fit and relax. I also spend 20 minutes dancing or singing each day. I don’t use screens too much and do outdoor hobbies with friends to avoid feeling lonely. It’s a great way to work hard and play hard!
