1.主题目标:
学习完本单元后,学生能够正确理解团队的意义,思考团队领导者应具备的品质,描述自己对团队管理和团队合作的认识,弘扬“牺牲小我,成就团队”的宝贵精神。
2.学习任务:
学生组建团队,为其命名、设计标志,并阐释团队名称与标志的含义。
3.评价标准:
1)学生能够介绍本组的团队名称并描述标志设计。
2)学生能够阐释团队名称及标志所象征的精神内涵。
3)学生能够评价本组的团队名称及标志。
4)学生能够尽可能多地使用本单元的核心词汇,尤其是生词。
5)学生能够正确使用情态动词(should, have to)。
一、单元教学要求
1. 话题背景
八年级学生有团队活动经验,学过沟通、人际交往内容,能理解 “团队”“合作”,能快速进入校园戏剧、户外露营等生活场景。对领导力、团队分歧解决、牺牲小我等深层概念仅感性认知;对登山探险类专业团队场景了解有限,需课文拓展。
二、单元学情分析
2. 语言能力
1)词汇:已掌握 team、responsibility 等基础词汇,可进行简单话题交流;drama、vote 等校园相关词汇能通过情境快速掌握。对disagreement 等抽象词汇及 take responsibility 等搭配运用不熟练。
2)语法:已掌握 can、may 等情态动词用法,熟悉一般现在时、一般过去时;提建议句型结构简单,易于模仿。真实情境中用 should/have to 提建议、复杂语境时态句式转换易出错。
3)语篇:能听懂简单对话、抓取显性信息,读懂简短语篇;小组讨论可完成简单提建议任务。提炼语篇深层信息能力弱;自主设计团队名称标志并阐释,对综合语言能力挑战大。

通过学习,学生能够:
1. 借助图片和视频,感知本单元话题“团队合作”;
2. 通过问题链,获取并梳理托尼作为团队领导者所面临的困境及怀特老师为他提出的建议;
3. 以托尼的身份讲述作为团队领导者的困难及老师给的建议;
4. 针对托尼的困难,口头提出补充建议。
一、教学目标
1.话题背景
初二下学期学生有丰富校园团队活动体验,能快速代入“戏剧角色分配分歧”的情境,但对领导者职责、团队分歧处理等缺乏系统思考,需通过文本学习和情境实践形成结构化认知。
2. 语言能力
学生掌握基础团队词汇、部分情态动词及基本时态,可完成简单听说读写和显性信息抓取;能通过多模态呈现掌握drama、vote等校园相关词汇与提建议句型,小组讨论可完成基础输出任务。学生对disagreement等抽象词汇及提建议类固定搭配运用不熟练,提炼语篇深层信息能力较弱,阐释领导者品质、真实情境提建议等综合任务具有一定挑战性。
