One day, the sun and the wind have a talk. The sun says, “I’m strong.” The wind answers, “Yes. But I am strong, too.” Then they see a man walking on the road. The sun says to the wind, “Show me! Can you get him to take off his coat ” The wind says, “That’s easy.” The wind blows hard. The man feels cold. He holds his coat tight. The wind can’t make him take off the coat. Then it’s the sun’s turn. The sun shines and shines. The man feels hot. He takes off his coat. The sun says to the wind, “You see I win!” The wind says, “Yes, I see.” So the sun is stronger than the wind.
I like the sun. Because the sun is warm and bright. It can give us light and heat, and make cold days feel nice.
