字面看是 “走向床”，实际意思是 “上床睡觉”，指我们准备躺下休息的动作。
比如晚上 9 点，妈妈可能会说：“It’s 9 o’clock. Go to bed, baby!”
（现在 9 点啦，上床睡觉吧，宝贝！）
小提醒：它不是 “睡熟了”，而是 “开始去床上准备睡觉” 的过程，比如你脱完衣服、钻进被窝，就可以说 “我要 go to bed 啦”~

It’s time for...
后面接名词（表示 “什么东西 / 什么活动” 的词，比如 lunch 午饭、class 课、bed 床）
例子：It’s time for lunch.（到午饭时间了。）
It’s time for class.（到上课的时间了。）
