The apples on the tree look very lovely. They are red and shiny. Pick one and hold it in your hand. It feels smooth. It smells so fresh. Take a bite, it sounds crisp. It tastes sweet and juicy. Apples are really delicious!
常用来表示人的感觉或知觉的系动词有_____, _____, _____, _____, _____, 相当于汉语中的 “摸起来”“尝起来” “看上去” “闻起来” 和 “听起来”，后面通常接形容词做表语。

When autumn arrives, the leaves on the trees turn yellow. The grass slowly goes dry. The air gets cool, making people feel a bit chilly. Meanwhile, the sky becomes clearer than in summer. Fruits like apples and pears grow ripe (成熟). What a beautiful autumn it is!
常用来描述人或事物的状态发生某种变化的系动词有 go, get, become, grow, fall, turn 等。
表示人或事物的状态保持一致、没有发生变化的系动词

How to cook scrambled eggs with tomatoes
1 Cut two tomatoes into slices.
2 Beat two eggs. Add a little salt and pepper.
3 Put some oil in a hot pan. Add the egg mixture. Stir it until it
remains / becomes golden yellow.
4 Put the eggs onto a plate. Add more oil to the pan. Then add the
tomatoes. They can sound / taste very loud.
5 Put the eggs back in the pan and mix them with the tomatoes.
Turn off the heat when the eggs feel / taste firm but not hard.

My favourite food is stir-fired pork with chili peppers (辣椒炒肉).
It tastes spicy but delicious.

Cut the pork, chili peppers and ginger into the slices.
Put some oil in a hot pan. Add
the sliced pork. Fry it until it changes colour.
Put the pork onto a plate. Leave some oil in the pan. Then add garlic, sliced ginger and chili peppers.
Stir the mixture until the peppers become slightly soft. Then put the pork back. Add some salt and soy sauce. Stir again to make them mix well. Then turn off the heat.
