Create a restaurant menu
In this lesson, we’ll be able to:
一、语言能力:能够识别、理解并运用与食物、烹饪方式、味道及点餐相关的核心词汇与句型。能够结合所学语言,设计一份结构完整、描述准确的英文菜单(包含冷菜、热菜、汤、主食、饮料、甜点等)。
能够运用本单元功能性语言,在模拟点餐情境中进行有效、得体的角色扮演对话
二、文化意识:能够了解中西方菜单基本格式与饮食分类的异同,并在自主设计中体现对文化差异的初步认识。能够通过菜品设计与描述,初步感知不同饮食文化背后的生活习惯与偏好。能够在模拟的餐饮交际情境中,体验并实践基本的跨文化交际礼仪。
三、思维品质:能够分析、归纳一份好菜单应具备的特点(如分类清晰、描述诱人、定价合理、营养均衡),并运用批判性思维评价与改善自创或他创的菜单。能够在菜单设计中迁移应用健康饮食的知识,有意识地进行菜品搭配,体现平衡膳食的观念。能够在角色扮演中灵活应变,根据“顾客”需求提出建议或根据“服务员”推荐做出选择,锻炼逻辑思维与情境应对能力。
四、学习能力:能够通过小组合作,共同完成菜单的设计、讨论与展示,提升协作学习与解决问题的能力。
能够利用多种资源(如词典、范例、网络信息)获取并筛选相关信息,辅助完成菜单创作与优化。
能够在评价与修改菜单的过程中,进行反思性学习,主动完善语言输出和项目成果。
