e.g. Should I open the window 我应该打开窗户吗?
should表示推测,指某事发生的可能性,意为 “可能”。
e.g. They should be there by now, I think. 我认为现在他们应该在那儿了。
could 表示过去的能力,表示现在的能力用 can,此时 could 是 can 的过去式。
e.g. He could swim at the age of five. 他五岁时就会游泳。
could 用于提出要求或请求:Could you please... 请你…… 好吗?
could 用于请求许可: Could I... 我可以…… 吗?
