1.本题总分15分，按五个档次进行评分。
2.评分采用先定档次，后定分数的方法：先根据内容要点、语言表达、语法词汇、行文连贯

(1)格式要求
未使用正确书信格式（称呼、正文、结尾、落款），或格式严重不规范，酌情扣分，必要时
降档。
(2)内容要点（缺一即降档）
开头：自我介绍+说明写信目的（申请调换宿舍）。
正文：说明调换原因（作息差异、噪音影响、学习受干扰等）+已沟通无效。

此处细化建议为：①5档：要点齐全：原因、影响、沟通无效都写清；词汇句式丰富，语法
准确：格式规范，语气礼貌得体。②4档：要点完整，逻辑清晰：语法基本正确，少量小错：
格式正确，表达通顺。③3档：要点基本齐全；有语法错误，但不影响理解：格式无误，
表达一般。④2档：要点缺失，内容单薄：错误较多，影响理解：格式不规范。
⑤1档：严重跑题或要点空白；句子不成形，无法阅读；格式完全错误。
3.评分时还应注意：
(1)词数少于60词，的情扣分。
(2)书写潦草混乱、难以辨认，影响阅读，可降一档。
(3)拼写与标点错误影响理解时，酌情扣分：不影响理解的小错不重复扣分。
