cut up意为“切碎；剁碎”,相当于cut...into pieces。cut up 是“动词+副词”结构，人称
代词作宾语时要放在 cut 和 up 之间；名词作宾语时，可放在 cut 和 up 之间，也
可放在 up 之后。Hand the meat to me. I'll cut it up.

6.What a . .mess （it is）! 它太乱了！（教材P29）
mess 表示“脏乱；凌乱”时是可数名词，往往用单数形式，in a mess 意为“杂乱不
堪”。mess 的形容词是messy，意为“肮脏的；混乱的”。

mix them together.
*Pour the mixture on a plate and put the plate into the oven. Bake it for twenty
minutes and another five minutes to get a more beautiful colour.
*Get the cake out of the oven,and cut it into pieces.

感叹句
一、概念
感叹句是一种用来表达强烈情感的句子。英语中，感叹句主要由what和how来引
导。
二、感叹句的基本句型
1.由what引导的感叹句：修饰名词（被强调部分）,可数名词单数前要加不定冠词a/an,
可数名词复数或不可数名词前不用冠词。句子结构如下:
（1）What+a/an+形容词+可数名词单数+ 主语+谓语！ What a nice present it is! 这是多么好的一件礼物啊！ What an interesting book it is! 这是多么有趣的一本书啊！ （2）What+形容词+可数名词复数+主语
+谓语！
What beautiful flowers they are!
它们是多么漂亮的花啊！

3.由what引导的感叹句与由 how引导的感叹句有时可以互相转换，但句中部分单词
要有所变化。
