Teng Fei: I think I'll do some volunteer work at a nursing home with my youth group. I've been a volunteer there since last year.

have/has been to：表示某人过去曾经去过某个地方，目前已经不在那个地方了，可能已经回到了说话地或者在其他地方。它强调的是过去的经历。
have/has gone to：表示某人已经去了某个地方，现在还在那个地方，或者正在去那个地方的途中，总之目前不在说话者所在的地方。
含义不同

一、含 since 或 for 的现在完成时
