一、升调
升调：常用来表示不肯定，语意未完，或表示含蓄、委婉、安慰、虚心征求意见等。
1、一般疑问句通常用升调
Is there a river near the village
Are you from China
Can you clean the windows
May I show you around
Do you like running
(总之，一般疑问句，最后升上去)
2、数数、列举事物或列举一连串的动作时，除了最后那个并列成分用降调，所有并列部分用升调。
一、升调
升调：常用来表示不肯定，语意未完，或表示含蓄、委婉、安慰、虚心征求意见等。
One↗, two↗, three↗, four↗, five↗, six↗, seven↘. Seven potatoes.↘
I like jumping↗，swimming↗，skating↗ and skiing↘.
降调：英语中，降调的使用更为广泛，它表示肯定、决断、坚决或终结，但有时含有生硬、不容置疑的意味。
二、降调
1、陈述句用降调。 I like swimming. ↘
2、特殊疑问句用降调。 What’s he doing there ↘
3、表示命令的祈使句用降调。 Please sit here. ↘
4、感谢用语常用降调。 Thank you! ↘
5、感叹句用降调。 What a lovely goat! ↘
6、并列句，前升后降。 I like bread ↗ and he likes eggs. ↘
