- 表示顺序、排名：如 the first lesson（第一节课），He is the third.（他是第三名。）
- 表示楼层：如 the second floor（二楼，英式表达）
规则变化
1. 4-19（除不规则变化外）：在基数词后直接加 th。如 four → fourth (4th)，six → sixth (6th)，seventeen → seventeenth (17th)。
2. 20以上整十数：将基数词末尾的 y 改为 i，再加 eth。如 twenty → twentieth (20th)，thirty → thirtieth (30th)。
