Writing rules for saving electricity at home

To protect our planet, we should all try to use less energy. What rules for saving electricity do you have in your family Please share your rules with us.
1 Look at the pictures. Discuss some dos and don'ts of using electricity at home. Then think of more rules.

Electricity plays a huge part in our lives. It lights up the dark, powers our TVs and fridges, and helps us in many ways. However, many people pay little attention to saving it. Some forget to turn off lights when leaving a room, and others keep electrical appliances on standby for hours.
Saving electricity matters. It helps reduce the use of limited resources, allowing them to last longer. To save electricity, there are many things we can do. At home, we should use energy - efficient appliances and LED lights. Remember to turn off all devices when they aren't in use. Also, use natural light whenever possible. When out, don't leave chargers plugged in at public charging stations.
Let’s all start saving electricity right away. Our small actions can make a big difference and create a better future!

Energy plays an important role in our daily lives. We need it to power our homes, schools, and workplaces. Without energy, our life would be inconvenient and difficult.
However, energy waste is common in our daily lives. In many buildings, lights are on even during the day when there is plenty of natural light. Some people also forget to turn off electrical appliances like TVs and computers when they aren’t using them.
To save energy, we can do lots of things. Firstly, turn off lights and electrical appliances when we leave a room. Secondly, use energy - saving light bulbs. They can help us save a lot of electricity. Thirdly, try to use public transportation or carpool instead of driving alone.
Let’s start saving energy now and make our world a better place!
