What do you think makes a neighbourhood a good place to live in
When we talk about what makes a neighbourhood a good place to live in, I think the most important thing is good neighbours. Neighbours help and care for each other. They may have disagreements (意见不一). But if each side gives in (让步) a little and shows kindness, we can solve many problems.
It reminds(使想起) me of a famous story from Anhui Province in China — the story of 'Liù Chǐ Xiàng' (Liuchi Alley) in Tongcheng.
1. There's something wrong with my laptop.
我的笔记本电脑出故障了。
句型there is something wrong with相当于something is wrong with,意思是“......不正常”。若想表达“……没问题”,可以用there is nothing wrong with。
e.g. There is something wrong with my camera.
= Something is wrong with my camera.
There is nothing wrong with this idea.
我的相机出了故障。
这个想法没有问题。
