The saying ,“don’t judge a book by its cover”, reflected my sallowness. My teammate turned out to be much more cooperative than I had previously expected, answering all my questions patiently. We were both ambitious for success, thus devoting ourselves to the project seriously. With time going by, I had to admit he was really respectable, not only because of his being academic but his various good qualities. Everything seemed to go smoothly. As fate would have it, however, something quite unexpected happened. (83words)
In the hospital ,he was too weak to say a word but I could read his faith in me from the smile on his face. I assured him I would carry on with our project alone ,trying my best . I kept reporting my work to him and received support constantly. On the big day, he was present, though still not fully recovered. Diligence did pay off . I gave the presentation confidently and it proved to be one of the most successful. We harvested lifelong friendship, which depended on the trust and support from each other.(97 words)
