基数词 构成
1-12 one， two， three， four， five， six，
seven， eight， nine， ten， eleven，

考点一： 基数词——表示数量的词

13-19 由个位数加后缀-teen构成。13、 15、 18是
thirteen， fifteen， eighteen
20-90 由个位数加后缀-ty构成， 20、 30、 40、
50是twenty， thirty， forty， fifty； 80是
eighty

21-99 “整十” - “个位数”。81 eighty-one
101-99 … hundred and “两位数”。691 six
hundred and ninety-one
基数词 构成
1，000及
以上的数 从个位起， 每隔三位加一个逗号； 从右往
左， 第一个逗号前是thousand（千）， 第
二个逗号前是million（百万）， 第三个逗
号前是billion（十亿）。

2. 用法
（1）表确指数字时， hundred， thousand， million等
一律不加 “s”； 数字不确指时则要加 “s”， 并可
接of。
two hundred 两百　　　hundreds of 成百上千
（2）整十数词的复数可用来表示人的岁数或年代。
in his fifties 在他五十多岁时　　　
in the 1980s 在20世纪80年代
（3）可用于表示小数点、 百分数、 倍数、 编号、 年
份等。

（4）表示时刻：
①直接读出 “小时＋分钟”： seven fifteen 7：15，
eleven thirty 11：30。
②30分钟以内用 “分钟＋past＋小时”： ten past ten
（10：10）； 超过半小时用 “（60-分钟数）＋to＋
（小时＋1）” 表示 “几点差几分”： twenty to nine
（8：40）。
考点二： 序数词——表示顺序的词

2. 用法
（1）序数词前要加the， 但若有其他限定词， 则无
需加。
the first day 第一天

（2）a/an＋序数词： 又一， 再一……。
The cake is so delicious that I want a second one. 蛋糕太
好吃了， 我想再吃一个。
（3）序数词可用于表示分数和日期等。
one third 三分之一
