You are what you eat
Just as the saying goes, you are what you eat. It means your overall health is related to your eating habits. However, many students have bad eating habits that will incredibly do harm to your physical and mental health. Here are some suggestions for you.
First, we’d better not skip breakfast as it’s very important for us to stay energetic in class. Besides, it’ll be more beneficial if we can keep a balanced diet, which includes proper amounts of fish, meat, fruit and vegetables. Only in this way can we keep healthy.
