Working out the rules
We use the passive voice in the present continuous tense to talk about something that is being done right now. The verb form is “_____________________”.

现在进行时的被动语态
现在进行时的被动语态表示此时此刻正在进行的被动的动作。谓语动词常用及物动词或短语,常与 now, at present ,this month 等时间状语连用。
1.肯定式：
① We are being killed for the wool beneath our stomachs.
② Our fur is being used (use)to make sweaters for people like you now.

现在进行时的被动语态的用法
表示此时此刻正在进行的被动的动作。
Many clothes are being washed in that laundry room.
那个洗衣房里正在洗着很多衣服。
表示现阶段正在进行的被动的动作。
It is reported that the tomb in Henan is still being dug.
据报道河南的那个墓仍然正在挖掘中。
Many interesting experiments are being carried out these days.

现在进行时的被动语态的用法
表示反复进行的被动的动作与always，frequently, constantly等连用,表示赞扬厌恶等感彩。
What makes me angry is that the goods in my shop are always being stolen.
使我生气的是我店里的商品总是被偷走。
I feel very surprised that the window of our classroom is frequently being broken.
我感到很吃惊的是我们教室的那扇窗户经常被打破。

现在进行时的被动语态的注意事项
在现在进行时的被动语态中，be (am/is/are)为第一助动词，being为第二助动词，二者缺一不可，且不可互换位置。
法律正在被修订以便更好地保障妇女和儿童的权利。

现在进行时的被动语态的注意事项
take care of, look after, talk about , think of, carry out等动词短语用于现在进行时的被动语态时,其中的介词或副词不可省略。

不及物动词(短语)非持续性动词表示存在意义/所属关系/静态特征的动词以及系动词不用于现在进行时的被动语态。

现在完成时的被动语态表示一个被动的动作发生在过去，强调对现在造成的影响或结果，并且主语是这个动作的承受者。

①表示被动的动作发生在过去，强调对现在造成的影响和结果。

②表示一个被动的动作或状态开始于过去，持续到现在，并可能将持续下去,常与for a time、since、how long等时间状语连用。
现在完成时的被动语态的用法
注意：
注意其与一般过去时的被动语态的区别。一般过去时的被动语态表示一个被动的动作发生在过去某个时间，其结果对现在没有影响；而现在完成时的被动语态的动作或状态尽管发生在过去,但强调该动作或状态对现在造成的影响和结果。

常与现在完成时连用的时间状语：

特别注意：
现在完成时的主动语态变被动语态：
（1）只带有一个宾语的动词变为被动语态时，将主动语态的宾语变为被动语态的主语。
We have built many houses in the past ten years.（主动）
→Many houses have been built in the past ten years.（被动）
（2）带有双宾语的动词，如give，send，bring，take，teach，show，tell，make，sing，write，read，sell，buy，pay，lend，pass，promise等，变为被动语态时，可将其中一个宾语变为主语，另一个保留不动。
We have given him a book.（主动）
→He has been given a book.（被动）
→A book has been given to him.（被动）
（3）在使役动词have, make, get以及感官动词see, watch, notice, hear, feel, observe等变为被动结构时，要加to。
I found him lying on the floor.（主动）
→He was found lying on the floor.（被动）
(4)系动词 taste, smell, feel, sound, prove等可用主动形式表达被动意义。
These flowers smell sweet.
