First aid is the quick care a sick or injured person gets. Using basic first aid, you may be able to stop a small accident from getting worse. In some cases, you may even save a life.

Many people worry too much about things that might happen or think back again and again about what they have done. This is what we call “overthinking (精神内耗)”. In fact, the longer you think about something, the more tired and stressed you may be. But can we do anything to stop overthinking
