动词-ing形式做主语
⑴ Talking is easier than doing.

1. 动词-ing形式作主语，谓语动词用单数形式
1. 动词-ing形式作主语，谓语动词用单数形式

Nevertheless, 两个或两个以上表达不同意义的动词-ing作主语，谓语动词常用复数.

2. ①用it作形式主语，把动词-ing作为真正主语置于句尾的常用句式：

2. ②“There is + no”结构后用-ing形式
eg.
①There is/was no point(意义) doing 做…无意义
②There is no sense in doing 做…没有道理
③There is no denying... 不可否认的是......

3.动词-ing形式的时态和语态：
1. Sometimes being punished (punish) may be a good thing.
