where two conversations happened 是 关系副词 where 引导的定语从句，修饰先行词 the two clubs
formed at youth 是 过去分词短语，作后置定语，修饰前面的 good habits，相当于定语从句 which are formed at youth。 逻辑关系：habits 和 form（养成）之间是被动关系（习惯是 “被养成” 的），因此用过去分词表被动

2. Circle the two clubs where two conversations happened.
Summary:形容词、副词、不定式、介词短语、现在分词、过去分词都可以作后置定语；现在分词与所修饰词语是主动关系，过去分词与所修饰词语则是逻辑上的被动关系。
