1. 由neither…nor, not only…but also, either …or连接的并列主语，谓语动词遵守就近原则。
Neither you nor I am wrong.
Not only you but also he is wrong.
2. 由as well as连接的主语，谓语动词根据as well as 之前的主语来确定。
Mary as well as you likes English.
You as well as Mary like English.
