教学重点 运用本单元所学知识和范文,写一篇关于自己喜爱的人的英语短文,并通过自评和互评修改。
教学难点 1. 撰写文章时使用主题句及支撑性细节,关注上下文逻辑。2. 通过自评和互评,改进初稿的结构、内容和语言。
【教学过程】
Step 1 学校网站《我所喜爱的人》专题在征集稿件,大家可以投稿写自己喜爱的人。在教师介绍写作任务后,学生初步确定描写的人选,并开展头脑风暴,讨论可以描写人物哪些方面的内容。教师以列表的形式记录在黑板上。例如:

Step 2 引导学生观察Wang Yao所列举的提示问题,并带领学生将Step 1所列举的内容和Wang Yao所列举的内容进行融合。
Step 3 引导学生阅读Wang Yao的文章,将其所列举的提示问题和各个段落进行匹配并要求学生回答问题。
Step 4 引导学生关注Wang Yao文章中描述写作对象所使用的形容词,以及对人物语言和行为的描写,同时关联阅读板块的阅读技巧并提出对应的写作技巧。

Also, she teaches the retired people how to sing and dance. What’s more, she is patient with others and always smiles. She is good at maths. She always helps me with my maths problems. She often says that she is happy to help people in need.
What a nice girl Kelly is! I wish I could be like her.
