含有感情上厌恶的意味，比 bad 程度深。
其副词形式是 terribly (非常；很)。

happen [动词] (尤指偶然)发生；(作为结果)出现；碰巧
sth.+ happen(ed)+ 地点/时间/某地 /某时发生了某事

3.Don't be afraid.
此句是一个否定祈使句，由"Don’t + 动词原形 +其他."构成，常用来表示命令、请求、劝告或建议。
e.g. Don't read in bed. 不要躺在床上看书。
—Don't be late next time! 下次别迟到！
—No, I won’t. 是的，我不会。
no和v-ing形式连用可构成简略否定祈使句。
e.g. No smoking! 请勿吸烟！
No talking! 不要讲话！

过去式为 brought
指把某人或某物带到说话者这儿来，即从远处带到近处。
bring sth. /sb.to... 把某物/某人带到......

The plane takes off in 10 minutes. 飞机在十分钟内起飞。
"in + 一段时间"，表示"在……内；在……后"，可以与现在时、过去时或将来时连用

He will come in two minutes. 他两分钟后将来这儿。

When we talk about a thing in the past, we usually add -ed or -d at the end of the verb. Some words do not follow the rules.
Grammar focus
1. 规则变化
一般在动词词尾直接加 -ed。
work → worked 工作
play → played 玩
以不发音的e结尾的动词，加 -d。
live → lived 居住move → moved 移动
动词过去式变化分为两种：规则变化和不规则变化。
以辅音字母加y结尾的动词，把y变为i，再加 -ed。
study → studied 学习carry → carried 携带
末尾只有一个辅音字母的重读闭音节的动词,先双写这个辅音字母,再加 -ed。
stop → stopped 停止plan → planned 计划
2.不规则变化
动词过去式与动词原形一样。
let → let 使,让
put → put 放
cut → cut 切，割
遇见 i 改为 a
swim → swam 游泳
sing → sang 唱歌
begin → began 开始
中间去 e 末尾加 t
feel → felt 感觉
keep → kept 保存
sleep → slept 入睡
sweep → swept 打扫
2. 不规则变化
ow/aw 变为 ew
know → knew 知道
grow → grew 生长 draw → drew 画
部分以 d结尾的词，把 d变为 t
swim → swam 游泳
sing → sang 唱歌
begin → began 开始
