Why do you want to join the Football Club
特殊疑问句，用于询问对方想要加入足球俱乐部的原因。
want to do sth 固定搭配意为 “想要做某事”，do 代表动词原形。
the + 俱乐部名称特指某个具体的俱乐部时，名称前加定冠词 the；若泛指一类俱乐部则不加。
the Football Club（这个足球俱乐部）

第一句表达 “个人爱好”，第二句补充 “另一个想法”，also 起到衔接补充的作用。
a fan of... 是固定短语，意为 “…… 的爱好者 / 粉丝”。
would like to do sth. 固定搭配，后接动词原形
keep + 形容词 表示 “保持某种状态”，小学阶段必学搭配：keep happy（保持开心）keep clean（保持干净）keep strong（保持强壮）
