Guess what I’m now in Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province in southwest China. At this moment, I’m sitting with some friends in a teahouse in downtown Chengdu. We are drinking tea and watching Sichuan Opera. It’s really wonderful! I am enjoying every minute of my stay here.
There are so many interesting places to visit. Tomorrow we’re going to take a bus to Wolong National Nature Reserve, where we will see the famous pandas. I like pandas very much, because they are so cute. Every year visitors from around the world come to see them. We will stay in Wolong for two days. Then we will go to Jiuzhaigou, which is well-known for its beautiful scenery. Some say it is the most beautiful place on Earth.
Of course, I’m really enjoying the famous Sichuan food, such as hotpot and noodles. Most of the dishes are hot and spicy. Though it’s much hotter than what I’m used to, I still love the food! I like Sichuan a lot. If you visit here, I’m sure you’ll like it too!
