【原文】(M) Dear Dad,
I’m very sad now. I don’t think you understand me. You think I should study all the time, but I want to have a wonderful time like other children. When I was watching a football game on TV at 7:30 last night, you asked me to practice English listening. You asked me to go to bed before nine. I wanted to read a picture book before sleeping, but you didn’t agree. You took away my picture book. This morning, I bought two music CDs, you got very angry. I have my own dreams, and I don’t want to be a teacher like you. I know that you love me, but I hope you can try not to be so strict with me.
Best wishes!
Yours,

My Changes
Growing up has brought many great changes to me. Two years ago, I was only 150cm tall and very thin. Now I’m 162cm tall and much stronger because I exercise every day.
I used to be extremely shy. When teachers asked me questions, I would turn red and could hardly say a word. But now I’m outgoing. I take part in all kinds of class activities and have made lots of friends.
My habits have changed too. I used to eat lots of hamburgers and chips. Now I eat more vegetables, fruit and milk. I also play basketball with my friends every afternoon instead of playing computer games at home.

It also shows that this person is able to work through challenges and can balance long-term goals with short-term goals.
So if someone is in good shape, they are more than just healthy.
4 First of all, set a goal and write down your reasons for wanting to achieve it. Create a list of all the things you need to do to achieve this goal and start to work on them one at a time. With self-discipline, small things in life will no longer trouble you. Only through self-discipline can you truly own your future.

I feel really happy about these changes. Growing up makes me better and more confident. I’m looking forward to more wonderful changes in the future!
