The Dragon Boat Festival
The Dragon Boat Festival is a Chinese holiday that happens on the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese lunar calendar. It is also known as the “Double Fifth Festival". It commemorates the life of Qu Yuan. Zongzi, make rice dumplings in leaves, are traditionally made for the festival. They are usually pyramid-shaped and filled with different things depending on where they are made.
