Myth: Carbs(碳水化合物;糖类) are bad.
Some carbs, like in candy and white bread, are not good. But carbs in whole grains, fruits, and veggies are healthy and give you energy.
Myth: You need 8 glasses of water a day.
Drink when you’re thirsty. Everyone is different.
Myth: Organic food is always better.
Organic food is good for the Earth. But regular fruits and veggies are also healthy.
Myth: Microwaving food is bad.
Microwaving is quick and keeps nutrients. It’s a good way to cook.
Myth: Only eat raw(生的;未烹制的) veggies(蔬菜).
Cooking some veggies makes them better for you. Eat both raw and cooked veggies.
