Lead in Watch the video The story of the three brothers and the chopsticks and discuss in groups:What can you learn from the video (Key words: teamwork, cooperation, solve problems as a team, work together) Step 2. Pre-listening Look at the camping pictures and answer the questions: ① What can you see ② Where are they ③ What can you do during camping Read the sentence and learn the core idea:Camping is popular in different parts of the world. People can explore the wild and make new friends. They can also learn to cooperate and solve problems as a team. Step 3. While-listening 1. First listening (for main idea) Listen to the conversation.What will Amy's mother do after the call a. She will bring food and new tents to the children. b. She will call Mr Henry later to check on Amy. c. She will let Amy and her friends solve the problems as a team. 2. Second listening (for details) Listen again and complete Ms. Green's post. Ms. Green 1 hour ago_________________________________________________________________________________ What a day! Amy went camping with her friends and their guide, Mr. Henry. I got a call from her. Some monkeys got into their tents and ate their______ . They also broke the tents! I was so worried. I called Mr. Henry and decided to _______ Amy back. But Mr. Henry advised me not to.
