Ⅹ.Hello, everyone! I'd like to share a teamwork experience of mine.
Last month, our English club had a task to make a poster for the school art festival. I was responsible for drawing the first design and writing the English words. Other members helped collect ideas, paint the pictures, and check the writing for mistakes. At first, we couldn't agree on what colours to use. But after we talked and listened to each other, we found a way to put all our good ideas together.
In the end, our poster won first prize! This experience taught me that we can overcome difficulties by working together. As the saying goes, “Many hands make light work.” Teamwork truly makes us stronger.Unit 3 质量评估

During the Tang Dynasty(618—907), Emperor Taizong asked the prime minister Feng Deyi to find talented people. However, several months passed, Feng didn't find anyone.
“I tried my best, but there are no talented people at all,” Feng said.
“People are like utensils(器物). What we need to do is to make good use of their strengths. You should blame(责怪) yourself for not noticing talented people. How could you say that there are no talented people in our country?” said the emperor.
It is true that each utensil has a specific(特定的) function. A knife is made to cut things while chopsticks are made to pick up food. We can't use a knife as a chopstick. Like a utensil, each person has his or her strength. Nobody is perfect. We can't expect a person to be good at everything.

The Importance of Teamwork
Teamwork is very important in our lives. Whether it's in a sports team, a school project, or a workplace, working together can bring many benefits.
In a sports team, teamwork is the key to winning games. Each player has their own role, and they need to cooperate with each other. For example, in a basketball game, the guards(后卫) need to pass the ball to the forwards and centres. The players need to support and encourage each other on the court(球场). If everyone only thinks about themselves and doesn't work as a team, it's very difficult to win.
In a school project, teamwork can make the work easier and more efficient(高效的). Students can divide tasks according to their abilities. Some can do research, some can write the report, and others can make the presentation. By working together, they can learn from each other and complete the project better.
In a workplace, teamwork is also necessary. Different departments need to cooperate to achieve the company's goals. For example, the marketing department needs to work with the production department to introduce new products to people. Teamwork helps everyone finish tasks faster and makes the workplace better.
