Teamwork is an important part of school life,but it often brings challenges that students need to overcome.Many students experience difficulties when working in groups, which can affect their projects and learning experience.Understanding these problems and knowing how to solve them can make teamwork more effective and enjoyable for everyone in the group.
One common problem in teamwork is unfair share of work. Some students end up doing most of the work while others do very little.This will create extra pressure for those working harder.
