Because of these problems, some people say the UN needs to be reformed (改革) so it can work more efficiently (高效地).

China is the largest troop-contributing country (最大出兵国) among the permanent members of the UN Security Council. Chinese peacekeepers can be seen in many dangerous places. Besides, China helps other developing countries build roads and schools to get out of poverty (贫困).
