Fun for ancient people
People always love having fun.
Even 5,000 years back, a Chinese painting on a pot showed people happily dancing hand in hand.
What else did they like Let’s see!
Cuju comes first. The game came from over 2,000 years ago! People at that time used a leather ball for this game. Even emperors loved this game.
Another game was weiqi. It’s a board game with black and white pieces. It’s over 4,000 years old.
Now, get ready for an icy trip through time! Ancient Chinese had their own winter sports— bingxi. During the Qing Dynasty, people had fun activities on ice, like speed skating and ice football. Just like our winter Olympics today. So, people in Ancient China had fun like we do today. Just remember how old this funis when you play these games.
