教学目标 1. 能够读懂两则关于青少年创新发明的短文,了解发明者的创意及其在改善生活方面的作用。 2. 能够比较两次发明过程的异同,总结出发明源于生活需求,认识到创新源于生活观察和思考改进,增强探索精神与创新意识。 3. 能够模仿阅读内容,用英语简要介绍一个自己熟悉的实用发明,并说明其带来的便利或创新之处。 4. 能够运用把握大意、理解细节等阅读策略完成语言任务,并通过搜索更多发明创造、拓展阅读以增加知识储备等学习方法培养思辨能力,从而逐渐培养有计划、有反思的学习意识和习惯。
思政目标: 能够深刻认识到创新源于生活,生活时时处处都潜藏着创新,有意识地培养自己的创新能力。
教学重点 能读懂两则青少年创新发明的短文,掌握主要信息并说出发明的创意来源。 能够分享自己熟悉的实用发明。

Pre-reading 3’ 1. T shows two pictures of the two inventions in the text. Ss guess their names and how they were invented. 通过图片预测阅读主题,引导学生学习相关词汇和背景知识。 猜测两个发明的名字和发明过程。
While-reading 15’ 2. T asks Ss to read the first passage and underline key information about who the inventor is, what was invented, and what problem it solved. 引导学生整体理解文本内容,获取基本事实信息。 学生能找出主要信息并用关键词概括发明内容。

Ss read the words individually and read in front of the class. Other students correct his or her pronunciation. 朗读操练,体会重音和单词音节。同伴互相纠正发音。 正确朗读单词,关注重音的位置。
