Li Jun, the owner of a restaurant, is talking about his business’ environmental policies on a talk show.
We own a restaurant and try to be as green as possible. So, 1) ____________ Well,
2) _____________ only local produce is used in our restaurant. All our food is bought at local markets, so the food miles are very low. Also our fruit and vegetables don’t have much packaging because they don’t travel very far. 3) _____________ Our kitchen is equipped with A-rated fridges. “A-rated” means they are very efficient and they don’t use much electricity. 4) _____________ We give a discount to people who use public transport, so some of our customers come on the bus and not in their cars. That reduces pollution.
