During my second year in high school, I got sick and missed classes for three days. When I went back to school, I needed to finish a lot of homework and some tests (测试). So I had to stay up really late to finish them all that night.
The next day at school, I found that I had forgotten to prepare for the test on Romeo and Juliet! Worse still, I had not talked with my classmates in class and I hadn’t had notes. When lunch came, I went to the English room.

①Imagine (想象) you have to give a talk tomorrow. The night before, you might worry a lot about making mistakes. You might think about it again and again. This is called overthinking.
