二、单元整体分析
单元主题:Going shopping
依据《义务教育英语课程标准(2022年版)》对二级目标的要求,本课围绕“人与自我”和“社会交往”主题范畴,聚焦“购物选择”这一生活化情境。学生应能在真实或模拟语境中运用核心词汇与句型进行交流,发展语言能力;通过比较价格、表达喜好等活动提升思维品质;在合作讨论中增强人际沟通意识,培养理性消费观念,落实“学习能力”与“文化意识”的综合发展目标。
1.单元概述
本单元的主题内容是:合理消费与节约意识。单元的各个板块介绍了常见的衣物和配饰,围绕如何根据实际需求确定购买的物品以及购物中如何询价展开,旨在帮助学生理解消费时需要区分“想要”和“需要”,购买物品时应综合考虑预算、价格、颜色、款式等多种因素,合理消费。学生通过本单元的学习,能根据实际需求提出合理的购买要求,礼貌地询价,适当考虑性价比并完成购买;能合理考虑不同人的喜好以及价格因素。
2.单元内容分析
本单元和第三单元围绕问题“How do people manage themselves?”展开,共同引导学生了解如何进行自我管理,探究如何在学习和生活中规划时间和进行合理消费。学生在三年级下册第六单元初步接触了如何进行议价以及在预算内合理使用零用钱。本单元是对这一话题的深人讨论。学生还将在五年级上册从学习与娱乐的平衡、良好习惯的养成等角度继续探讨如何进行自我管理,从而对“学习与生活的自我管理”主题群进行螺旋上升式的探究,逐渐深入理解自我管理在成长和生活中的重要作用。
本单元必学内容包括A部分和B部分。A部分主要包括谈论需要购置的物品的对话(Let's talk)、不同衣物名称的词汇(Let's learn)、有关字母组合ir、ur发音规则的歌谣(Let's spell)。B部分主要包括商店中购物的对话(Let's talk)、常见配饰的名称以及描述服饰的形容词(Let's learn)、阅读打折商品的海报和妈妈给Mike的留言条以及抄写、仿写句子的读写任务(Read and write)。选学内容C部分包括为校园歌唱比赛选择合适表演服装的项目活动(Project)、Ben为心仪的自行车努力攒钱的拓展阅读语篇(Reading time)以及单元学习结果自评(Self-check)。
3.语篇分析
语篇一呈现了Jack就想要购置新裤子征求妈妈的意见以及两人在商店挑选新裤子的情境,引导学生运用“My ...is/are too short/small.”描述不合身的衣物,运用“Can I buy…?”礼貌提出购买需求。
语篇二通过Sarah和刘佳在商场橱窗前谈论衣物的情境,呈现了生活中常见衣物的单词。该部分的导人句型为Let's talk学习过的“My...is/are too short/small.”,使词汇和对话板块建立了语言知识上的连接。学生在四年级上册第六单元已经学习了一部分衣物相关的词汇,本单元扩充学习了更多衣物类词汇进行个性化表达。
语篇三是绘本故事。通过一则歌谣呈现了字母组合ir和r在单词中的发音/3:/。该板块包含三个活动。这三个活动呈现了一个连贯的故事情境,女孩刚买的新裙子因为救助受伤的小鸟弄脏和损坏了,因此她需要重新买一条裙子,延续了本单元应根据实际需要购买衣物的主题内容。该故事呈现了女孩关爱小鸟的温馨画面,体现了人类对动物的爱护。
语篇四呈现了Chen Jie和Amy在家长的陪同下在汉服店里购买衣服的情境,引导学生运用“How much is/are ..?”就商品价格进行交流和表达,并用“That's expensive.”“The(colour + clothes)is/are nice.”对商品进行评价并提出购买建议。
语篇五通过Chen Jie和Amy在商店购物的情境呈现了有关服饰的单词以及描述这些服饰的形容词。该部分延续了Let's talk中陈杰和Amy在商店购物的场景,导入句型为B部分的主句型“How much is it / are they It's/They're...”,使词汇和对话板块建立了情境和语言上的连接。语篇六引导学生通过阅读打折海报和妈妈写给Mike的留言条,提取海报中商品的打折信息以及留言条中所列购物清单中商品的颜色、数量和尺码等关键信息,推测Mike在预算内可以购买哪些商品,了解购买商品时应综合考虑实际需求、预算、价格、颜色、欲式、尺码等多种因素,进行合理消费。
三、本课时语篇研读
1. What本语篇是小学生日常生活对话,围绕购买新裤子展开。John因旧裤子太短,和妈妈去服装店买新裤子,在店里孩子想改买短裤,经妈妈提醒后最终同意继续买裤子。
2.Why通过购买新裤子的生活场景,引导学生理性消费,不能盲目跟风。
3. How该语篇是小学生日常生活对话,涉及衣物的核心语言,如“trousers, shorts, jacket, skirt"及征求意见的核心语言,如“Can I buy...?"该语篇对话情节简单,具有现实和教育意义。
四、学情分析
认知水平:具备基础的英语听说能力,能识别简单的衣物类词汇,但在复杂语境中运用目标句型进行连贯表达的能力尚需提升。偏好直观、互动性强的学习方式,通过图片、角色扮演等活动能更好地理解和记忆语言知识。
知识储备:学生在四年级上册已掌握衣物词汇“sweater,coat,socks,dress,shirt,clothes”,能使用简单的请求句型Can 1…?,但对too small ,too short,too many 等程度表达的搭配运用还不够熟练。
生活经验:学生普遍有和家人购物的经历,能理解“衣物不合身需要购买,看到喜欢的东西想要购买”等生活场景,这为理解对话提供了天然的情感和认知连接。
存在的困难分析:容易混淆trousers和a pair of trousers的用法,在数量表达上易出错。区分need和want的语义和语境差异,需要反复练习才能内化。
五、教学目标
1.能够通过听录音、看图、看动画,获取John需要和想要购买的物品信息;能够理解对话大意,明白要根据自己的实际需要进行理性消费。
2能够听、说、认读jacket、skirt、trousers、shorts等词汇;能掌握核心句型“My...is/are too short/small Can I buy…?”,并恰当运用所学语言描述不合身的衣物及礼貌提出购买需求。
