I’m Li Hua, a Senior Three student. I’m writing to share my positive view on the reform of our PE
classes.
I totally approve of the “menu-style” PE. Not only does it offer us various activities like yoga,
badminton and rope skipping to meet different interests, but it also helps us relieve heavy study pressure
and refresh our pared with traditional sporting activities, these optional exercises make us more
relaxed and energetic, thus greatly improving our learning efficiency.
I’m convinced that this student-centered reform is really beneficial.

when students choose different sports, it will be more challenging for teachers to manage the class, thus
lowering both safety and efficiency.
Therefore, I firmly believe that traditional PE class is a more practical and suitable choice for Senior

Mom’s hand, her heart light and carefree. This Library Day had brought her a soft surprise—and a gentle
realization: she no longer fixed her comfort on that single yellow chair. True joy in reading, and in life, she
understood, isn’t bound to a certain spot or routine. It comes from welcoming the unexpected, like that soft
red cushion—the very soft surprise that turned a disrupted plan into a warm memory. Letting go of rigid
attachments lets us truly embrace the warm little moments around us.

Keith recently took a trip to Chicago. During his visit, Keith spent lots of time exploring the city to
visit important buildings. Keith loves baseball, and he made sure to pay a visit to Wrigley Field. Not only
did he take a tour of this fantastic stadium, he also watched a Chicago Cubs game. Chicago has many
historic places to visit. Keith found the Chicago Water Tower impressive as it is one of the few famous
buildings that have survived the Great Chicago Fire of 1871. Keith also took a walk through Jackson Park.
The park hosted the world’s fair of 1893. Nowadays, it still features some of the architecture that was
displayed in the world’s fair. During the last part of his visit, Keith managed to climb the stairs inside of the
Willis Tower. Despite the challenge of climbing the many flights of stairs, Keith felt that reaching the top
was worth the effort. From the rooftop, Keith received a great view of the city.
