尤其是,特别是
Life is full of ups and downs. As middle school students,we may feel low when we come across difficulties in our studies or daily lives. However, it is
important for us to learn how to manage our emotions and stay positive. Because feeling blue for too long can affect our studies, and even our health.Staying positive helps us live a better life and become a better person.
I remember a time when I got a poor grade on a science project. I felt disappointed and lost heart. However, instead of giving up, I decided to work harder. I spent hours researching the topic and trying to understand where I went wrong. I also asked my classmates and teachers for help. With their help, I was able to make improvements to my project. In the next project, I had confidence in myself and got an A in the end.
This experience taught me that difficulties are a natural part of life. They can be challenging to deal with, but they also provide an opportunity for growth and self-improvement. So whenever you feel low, remember to keep pushing forward.
Summary
True gratitude is not just saying “thank you”,
but telling them why you thank them.
