[句式分析]本句中suggest意为“表明；暗示”，其后的宾语从句不用虚拟语气。

(1)在“suggest＋that从句”中，当suggest意为“表明；暗示”时，其后的宾语从句不用虚拟语气。
(2)在“suggest＋that从句”中，当suggest表示“建议”后跟宾语从句、同位语从句或表语从句时，从句谓语动词用虚拟语气，即“should＋动词原形”的形式，should可以省略。
