You don't need training or talent to make or enjoy art. Just include it in your everyday life like singing, drumming, or putting together skits with friends. Bone, a researcher in London, says we
should think broadly about creativity, especially for young people. Some research shows that even viewing art can cause lasting changes in how we feel and act.
