一、现在进行时
（1）概念：现在进行时表示现在（说话瞬间）或当前一段时间内正在进行的动作。
一What is your mother doing now 你的妈妈现在正在做什么？
一She is cooking for us. 她正在为我们做饭。
The workers are building a new factory these days.
这些天工人们正在建造一家新工厂。
Is he exercising at the park No. He’s shopping at the supermarket.

（2）现在进行时的一般疑问句结构及其简回答
句式 结构 示例
一般疑问句 Am / Is / Are十主语十动词-ing形式十其他 —Are you watching TV 你正在看电视吗？
简回答 肯定回答： Yes, 主语十am / is / are. 否定回答： No, 主语十am not / isn’t / aren’t. —Yes, I am. / No, I am not. 是的，我在看。/不，我没有。

（3）现在进行时的肯定句和否定句
句式 结构 示例
肯定句 主语十am / is / are十动词-ing形式十其他. Listen! He is playing the piano.听!他正在弹钢琴。
否定句 主语十am not / isn’t / aren’t十动词-ing形式十其他. Lucy isn’t watching TV.露西没在看电视。

特殊疑问句 疑问词十am / is / are十主语十动词-ing形式十其他 What are you doing in the classroom
你们正在教室里做什么？
（5）常与现在进行时连用的时间状语或标志词
常与现在进行时连用的时间状语或标志词如下：now(现在)、right now(现在)、at present(目前)、at the moment(现在)、at this time(这时)、look(看)、listen(听)。

二、动词-ing形式的构成
动词类别 构成法 示例
一般动词 在词尾加-ing help-helping

以不发音的字母e结尾的动词 先去掉字母e，再加-ing live—living

以重读闭音节结尾且末尾只有一个辅音字母的动词 双写该辅音字母，再加-ing stop-stopping

少数以ie结尾的动词 变ie为 y，再加-ing lie—lying

动词-ing形式的构成口诀：
动词-ing用途多，进行时态不可缺。
它的构成很好记，动词后面加-ing。
词尾若有哑音e，去e再加没问题。
辅重读闭音节，末尾字母要双写。
