教学目标 能听、说、认读单词talent, act, magic, shine, puzzle, dancer, win, just等;能运用句型“What are you doing ... ”问答某人正在做什么。(语言能力) 2.理解在英语文化中直接鼓励与积极评价的常见表达方式。学会给予鼓励和赞美,培养友好互助的品质,形成积极、自信的心理认知。(文化意识) 3.能通过对图片的观察获取信息,辅助对相关语篇意义的理解,发展逻辑思维与推断能力。(思维品质) 4.乐于学习和模仿,认真思考,敢于表达。(学习能力)
教学重点 能够在具体情境中运用所学句型问答某人正在做什么。
教学难点 能在日常生活中熟练、灵活地运用重点句型进行交流。
教学过程 评价
Step 1 Warm up&Lead in 歌曲热身,引出本单元的主题,激活相关旧知。 引入话题,为即将进行的单词学习做铺垫。
Warm up 1. Greetings 教师热情地和学生打招呼问好,做简单的Free talk。 T: Hello! Everyone. How are you today Ss: ... 2. Let’s sing 教师播放歌曲的动画视频,引导学生看视频欣赏歌曲,尝试跟唱。 Lead in(课前引入) Talent show 1.PPT出示不同的人物图片,请学生以人物身份介绍自己的能力:I can ... 教师教学单词talent,带读。 2.教师提问:Do you have any talents What can you do 请学生自由 发言。
Step 2 Presentation&Practice 教师观察学生抓住歌曲中的关键信息,是否能通过图片,识别出活动,学习、掌握相关词汇的发音及意思,及时给予指导和帮助。 教师观察学生能否从图片中提取信息,大胆猜测。 教师观察学生回答问题的情况,根据学生的表现给予指导和反馈。 教师关注学生跟读的语音、语调等,能否独立完成课本习题,及时给予指导与鼓励。 教师观察学生能否感知和掌握重点句型,及时给予讲解和指导。 教师观察学生能否利用核心句型问答,及时给予帮助和指导。
Presentation Get ready 1.教师播放Get ready板块的歌曲视频,请学生回答问题:What talents are shown T: Now, let’s watch a video. After watching, please answer the question: What talents are shown 2. Look and learn (单词教学) (1)PPT出示四个孩子表演儿童剧的图片,教师引导学生以其中一个演员的口吻说:I can . 引出并教学单词act,然后带读。 (2)PPT出示魔术师表演魔术的图片,教师引导学生以魔术师的口吻说:I can do with a hat. 引出并教学单词magic,然后带读。 (3)PPT出示女生玩拼图游戏的图片,教师引导学生以女生的口吻说:I can do ______ with one look. 引出并教学单词puzzle,然后带读。 (4)PPT依次出示人物拍照、做饭、弹钢琴的图片,教师引导学生以人物的口吻说:I can ______. (take photos/cook/play the piano) (5)教师总结:Talents make us shine! 教学单词shine,然后带读。 3.Listen and sing PPT出示课本歌曲文本,教师带领学生阅读并理解歌词,然后播放音频,请学生尝试跟唱。 4. Look and write PPT出示课本插图,教师提问:What can they do 请学生看图片填空。 Start up 1. Look and say PPT出示课本插图,教师提问:Who are they Where are they 请学生看图猜一猜,说一说。 2. Watch and answer 教师提问:What can Lingling do 播放视频,请学生看视频回答问题。 3. Read and answer 1) 教师提问:What is Linging looking at 请学生阅读图片①和②的对话,回答问题。然后师生共同核对答案,教师带学生阅读并理解对话。 2) 教师继续提问:How does Lingling feel Why 请学生阅读图片③和④的对话,回答问题。然后师生共同核对答案,教师带学生阅读并理解对话,教学单词just,和win并带读。 3) 教师继续提问:Who is the best dancer 请学生阅读图片⑤和⑥的对话,回答问题。然后师生共同核对答案,教师带学生阅读并理解对话,教学单词dancer并带读。 4. Think and talk 教师提问:How do Lingling’s feelings change What can you learn from the story 请学生思考后说一说。 5. Listen and repeat PPT出示完整语篇,请不同的学生翻译对话,然后教师播放音频, 学生听录音跟读。 6. Read again and write “√ ” or “× ”. PPT出示课本题目,请学生完成。然后师生共同核对答案。 7. Read and complete PPT出示遮挡的对话文本,教师请学生朗读并补全对话。 8. Watch and repeat 教师播放Start up板块的视频,请学生看视频跟读,注意模仿语音、 语调。 9. Role-play 教师请学生在小组内分角色演绎对话,然后挑选一两组上台展示,其他学生评价,给予表现好的小组奖励。 10. Language points 教师请学生读In focus中的句子,带学生总结语言点,同时复习动词-ing的变化规律。 T: Now, let’s learn the language points. Please pay attention to the sentences: What are you looking at I’m looking at their clothes. Practice 1. Look and answer. PPT依次出示人物图,教师提问:What’s she/he doing 请学生看 图回答。 2. Look, read and write. PPT出示课本内容,请学生看图选词填空。教师请学生朗读并翻译对话,核对答案。同时简单讲解动词teach的用法:teach sb. to do sth. 3. Work in groups. Ask and answer. PPT出示课本对话示例,请学生看活动3的图片,以小组形式进 行问答练习。
Step 3 Consolidation&Extension 教师观察学生参与活动的情况,了解学生对核心句型的掌握情况。
Game time 一名学生表演自己擅长的事情,教师提问:What’s he/she doing 其 他同学猜测并回答。
Step 4 Summary&Homework
1.小结:师生先共同口头总结,再用PPT完整呈现。 Key words: talent act magic shine puzzle dancer win just Key sentences: What are you looking at 2.作业。 (1)记忆本课时学习的新单词。 (2)听录音,跟读Start up部分的对话。 (3)“你做我猜”游戏:和小伙伴用所学句型进行问答练习。

教学 反思 整节课从热身,引入,到对话的教学,练习,教师始终是以一个指导者的角色参与全程,所有的环节都以学生为主导,让学生通过探究、合作等方式进行本节课的学习。教师引导学生辩证看待“外表与实力”的关系,帮助她们初步形成积极、自信的心理认知,真实体验“鼓励与自信”的意义。但在课堂中还是有些基础不太好的内向学生参与度不高,后期要更关注这些学生,进一步思考如何鼓励他们在安全的环境中参与表达。(共42张PPT)
