1.课时教学目标
通过本课时学习,学生能够:
(1)理解并建立健康的饮食观;
(2)运用本课时的核心词汇和句型提出对健康饮食的建议。
2.核心词汇
diet, a healthy meal, restaurant, green salad, vegetable, good for, hamburger, junk food, high in fat and salt, meat, bread, a complete meal等。

理解并建立健康的饮食观。 Lead-in 学生看视频回答问题:What is a balanced diet Pre-listening 学生观察图片并回答问题:What foods can you see in the picture 并告诉学生不同食物的成分,来回答问题:What is a balanced diet While-listening 1.学生听对话,选择该对话的主旨大意。(完成教材活动1) 2.学生听第二遍对话,完成表格填空。(完成教材活动2) 3.关注Learning to learn部分的内容,理解表达不同意见的恰当方法。 4.学生听第三遍对话,并跟读听力文本。 5.学生听采访音频并完成记录表。(完成教材活动3) 6.学生再次听采访音频,讨论Dr Li是如何纠正错误信息的。学生尝试理解纠正错误信息的方式,并关注Learning to learn部分的内容。 7.学生听第三遍采访音频,并跟读听力文本。 根据学生回答问题的情况,观察其能否参与互动和交流,主动分享自己的想法。 根据学生选择的情况,评价其对音频大意的理解是否准确。 根据学生作答的情况,评价其对音频细节信息的理解是否准确。 根据学生作答的情况,评价其能否理解并掌握纠正错误信息的相关表达方式。
语音训练 1.学生阅读Phonetics in use部分的内容。 2.学生听音频并跟读,模仿语音。 3.学生听音频并跟读附录部分的相应内容。 根据不同能力水平学生跟读的情况给予指导和鼓励。
运用本课时的核心词汇和句型提出对健康饮食的建议。 Post-listening 1.学生观察图片及文字,理解健康饮食提示的具体内容。 2.学生选择其中一条健康饮食提示,两人一组发表自己的观点,并给出相应的依据和建议。(完成教材活动4) 根据学生回答的情况,了解其对健康饮食的认识,并了解学生是否理解本单元第二个子话题:理解并建立健康的饮食观。
作业内容: Write a short paragraph about some healthy eating habits.
