For the rule of cleaning the room, try to make it a fun activity. For example, listen to music while cleaning or set a timer to see if you can finish it faster each day.
When it comes to clothes and caps, you could ask the teacher if there are special situations or days when you can wear them, or suggest having a “hat day” as a class activity.
Make a plan for your homework and other tasks so you can have more time to relax.

I know it can be difficult to follow many rules. But rules can be good for us.
Cleaning your room every day helps you develop good habits of keeping things tidy. If you find it boring, you can try to make it fun. For example, you can time yourself and see if you can clean your room faster each day.
Keeping your room clean and tidy is good for your study. It is easier for you to find things you need for schoolwork. You can use some desk organizers to help you keep things in order.

get untidy:变得不整洁
get + 形容词:变得……”,此处 get 为连系动词,后跟形容词作表语,表示体质、情绪、天气等方面的改变。
